In the buzzing of our daily life, sometime we got caught in too many things which is destructive to our mind, body or spirit. We may be too busy to notice as we live it daily, day in and out. This is why it is important to be aware of our being.
Take notice of what have change, what happen to your body, your way of thinking, where are you spiritually. Evaluate your health (are you healthy?), your thoughts (are you thinking clearly? positive or negative thinking?) and your spirit (are you still in line with God's will).
Once you are aware of your being, you may see some of the things in your life that you need to improve. It might be your lifestyle, your circle, and your focus on your relationship with God.
At some point of our life, we need to eliminate the meaningless things to live a meaningful life. Nowadays, life is hard enough to live, how about living it meaningfully? Spring clean areas in your life, where you find clutters. Organize your mess, take out the trash, break the chain physically, mentally and spiritually.
